HWH jack not retracting

this is what they used in the shop when I was there:

They recommended it but I never tracked it down and bought any.
This is what I use too. Every once in a while I'll spray the extended jacks and wipe off with a paper towel. Once I started doing this I have no issues. Bought it off Amazon.
 
While at Devil's Tower, our FWS went out about 80% and stopped working. Could hear the motor whining and guessed that I sheared a pin between the motor and pump (was told by HWH that this isn't the case.... Have an appointment at HWH in Moscow, IA this Friday to repair it.
So far I've had 2 positive experiences with them.
 
All my jacks go up but a couple of them stay about a quarter inch out. Makes the dash warning light stay on. Thought maybe the return springs are too weak?
 
If the jack shafts are clean w W/D 40 then the springs may be weak
