About a month ago, in the middle of a 2k mile trip, our jacks decided they did not want to go down using either manual or automatic mode. Fortunately the HWH FWS worked just fine (surprise). Called HWH and TWO WEEKS later they called back suggesting that it was most likely the 3000# pressure switch. Ordered and changed the switch with the same results - pump runs, jacks don’t. Called Newmar who suggested that it might be the shuttle valve or could be the MIMO controller that is mounted on top of the pump manifold.
If it’s the shuttle valve, why would the hydraulic slide work but not the jacks? Any input would be appreciated as qualified techs are few and far between around our area.

In the past (on another forum) I found a person who works for HWH and was able to provide some good help and input.

His name is Paul and is a commercial member there that provides some support.
His email is [email protected] and his phone number is 602-549-3638.

In my experience if you leave a msg, takes a couple days to hear back.

I’ve reached out to Paul. Hopefully he will respond.
Thanks.
