Only with the genny running, or activating 12v inverter if you have one. Obviously, plugged into shore power will work also.

We do not even know whether the OP has an inverter.

BTW, OP, there are portable inverters that plug into your 12v outlet, however, only intended for light duty use.
I see no reason modern flat screen TVs would not work; keeping the laws in mind, of course!
