Thanks Buddy, I just got the old one out and waiting for the new replacement. What a PITA it was to pull it out from up between the frame rails. In the end, gravity helped, but I ended up with a bloody arm.
 
Got the new inverter delivered yesterday and installed it this morning. (kudos to Peter at Inverter supply in Royal Palm Beach. Fast shipping and comparable prices) I stuck with Magnum because it was the easiest way without changing wiring or control panel, and since the original lasted 10 years, I'm happy with that life span. I will say, if you plan on doing this yourself, have some assistance getting this thing back up on the platform. I blocked it up off the floor, heavy end down, adding 2x4s on each end, one at a time, until I got it close to being able to tip it over to its mount. Took about 3 hrs install (lots of double checking on the wiring) but I'm delighted to say it's working perfectly, thank God! 🙌

BTW, here's a pic of the old one. The fans are actually good, which surprised me. The "heavy" end is the one with the big chunk of transformer...
