Are pressure assisted a maintenance issue?
I am looking to buy a used 2024 Holiday Rambler C3 with a pressure assisted toilet.
I have currently own a 2012 Fleetwood Bounder with a VacuuFlush that is a constant maintenace issue.
Are Dometic pressure assisted toilets a maintenance?

Welcome!

When you say 'pressure assisted,' do you mean a vacuum toilet? If not, what 'pressure assisted' toilet do you mean by model #.

Greg.
As I think I understand, the toilet uses a pressurized bladder to push water. A vacuflush toilet uses suction to pull the water. Dometic and several other companies market such a unit.

Ahhh. I assume those are the ones I've used and heard in some hotels and motels that roar when flushed. Besides the noise, it seems an added complication for little benefit (if any), and rare in the RV world. I've seen forum topics asking about them, but didn't see a significant number of reviews either for or against.

Greg.
