I had these hairline cracks coming from a radius cut for the raised bathroom ceiling. Looks just like yours.

Newmar had their fiberglass vendor inspect it. He sanded it down to the point the crack no longer showed and then painted it. It was determined to be a stress crack in their top coat layer.

After seeing the results of sanding before paint, I felt comfortable with the repair. It was part of their structural warranty.
