I do not think thats a caution flag, that looks like a single extension tail lightHEY! Give the guy a break! At least he's got the caution flag/light out there for anything that hangs more than two feet off the back of the truck.

My point being, it is even worse, not a critique of your post. Where are the police when I see these monstrosities going down the roadOK....maybe. I interpreted it as a warning marker, as I only saw one. But I was also typing that tongue-in-cheek.
