Funny you mention that, I'm impressed with it as well.By the way, I really like the Ninja app. I wish I had used it the first time.
Rib rack, I'm using the one I used with my Green Mountain Pellet. It is aliiiiiiivvvve for tonight's cook. Doing the 20 min burn in as I type this. Curious about a few more accessories. What do you all think?
Has anyone considered a stacker trailer for their Ninja garage?? Jus'askin...
- Rib rack? this (1) or this (2)?
- Grease pan liners
- Crisper basket?
Watch your temperature closely. I use a remote ThermoPro thermometer since I've read several reports the Ninja Thermometer may not be accurate.By the way, I really like the Ninja app. I wish I had used it the first time.
Mine has a solid walls but openings in the bottom.XL. Just seems different than the other accessory. Mine is mesh vs solid wall.
We've been propane-free for the past year and had plenty of steaks. I smoke them to 120, then reverse sear using the grill setting on high. No complaints.I had a brief thought this afternoon I may leave my propane Masterbuilt grill home on the next trip as well and be Ninja only, propane free. Hmmm, not sure if I am brave enough, I do like my steaks over open flame. Will have to try steaks and/or burgers on the Ninja at home before I head out in a month.
That sounds yummy. I'll have to give that a try. We've been propane-free for the past year and had plenty of steaks. I smoke them to 120, then reverse sear using the grill setting on high. No complaints.
I'm considering the same thing. I have cooked thick fillets twice with excellent results. I didn't need to turn them; they always had that reverse-seared look.I had a brief thought this afternoon I may leave my propane Masterbuilt grill home on the next trip as well and be Ninja only, propane free. We have a Blackstone that does come in handy for some things. DW just said I don’t need to get it out for our stay at Hilton Head National.I had a brief thought this afternoon I may leave my propane Masterbuilt grill home on the next trip as well and be Ninja only, propane free.
