Well as I sit here looking outside my window at yet another great white blanket of snow, I wonder what it would be like to be sitting on a beautiful beach in Florida with the sun gently warming my face.

Well I plowed my 225 yard driveway for the 10th time this morning. The high temp for the rest of the week is in the teens. Man winter is

only half over and we are still getting blasted.

No consolation but I saw some parts of Florida got some snow. Better buy a new hoodie for the next couple of weeks.

I still wish I was there and not in the deep freeze hitting the northern states.

Keep warm…..lol

It was 8 degrees out an hour ago waiting to pick up my son at the airport. He's coming back from a few days in FL.
Shock to his system is all I can think of to describe his attitude!!

Yeah, we had a low here of 39 around St Pete in FL this morning so no beach - but no snow either and 57 now 😊

That Florida weather still sounds wonderful to me. One of the problems I have is when I put away my coach for the winter it usually means I don't see it again until spring. I have it stored in a heated building with 50 amp service. I have been to Florida many times, twice on vacation and many times for business. When I was working our Oce corporate office was in Boca Raton.

Tiffin is having a rally there in October of this year. I may take a couple of weeks off and head down. I have friends scattered all over the state, some in Marco Island, the Keys, Panama City Beach and Hollywood. We stayed at The Great Outdoors in Titusville a few years back. Nice sites but way to many people for my taste.

Low tonight of 4 degrees with a high tomorrow of 13. And you wonder when it hits 50 degrees we are in shorts and sandals and grilling on the back deck....LOL

Trying to stay warm.

No wanting to brag too loudly but 75 F and sunny (24 C) here in Brenda Arizona (not far from Quartzsite).

I love seeing the snow.
On my computer.
From Florida.;)

Chilly in the Palmetto area of FL this morning.

We did get a laugh out of the warning this morning since, where we lived in Ohio, had below zero wind chill today and no warning.

Thought I’d share and, you are correct, could fit the satire thread as well 😊

From a guy who retired to a ski mountain in NH from Mass.

Yall can keep that fluffy stuff..We cant even find a shovel here..68 degrees and sunny today ..Top down on the Corvette and shorts today..

We still wear shorts.

Going down to minus -5 degrees below zero on Friday & Saturday night. I wanted to get one or two days in of the late season muzzle loader before it ended. It closed Monday the 19th in PA. But was just to cold for this ol man. My Flintlock would probably freeze and hard to manipulate with gloves on. Besides it was snowing like a crazy.

No venison for this year...LOL
