Yes, the time has come for me to fill the tank on my Diesel Heater and test it.
This will be my first fill.
I installed a stainless tank on the outside of my trailer (photo below). Living in Southern California I don't have to worry about the extreme cold or the diesel jelling or waxing.. but what if we traveled through a colder climate, having the exposed tank, would kerosene be a better option?
This also leads to another question.. Does the Heater fuel pump (internal piston) need lubrication from the diesel fuel that the kerosene may lack?
