Retired and traveling. Purchased first Keystone Cougar 2025 25FKD previous Forest River owner. Beginning to have second thoughts about purchase.

Well, that's an odd statement to make without any information to explain it.

I am some what of an odd ball to begin with. This is not my first RV but my first Keystone. Loved it when we toured it and then bought it. Now having issues unlike anything I have experienced. Took back to dealer and was told that is normal.
Furrion AC unit short cycles constantly. After rain and draw in slide out floor will be wet when slide out is extended. Dents in floor from slide out.

Otherwise love the layout and other amenities of the Cougar.

You can try putting thin cutting boards under the slide rollers. Check Amazon. These are barely as thick as apiece of cardboard and they are plastic. They may help somewhat. I have the same issue. The slide is bouncing against the floor as you go down the road. Amazon.com

Just got word from dealer that Keystone is sending out a piece to put under the rollers. Will let you know what it is when I get it.

After waiting a month for the dealer to contact me, finally called them and they mailed a pair of Slide Out Slickers. You put them under the slide out before closing and then remove them when you put the slide back out.
Seems more like a band aid as opposed to a fix. This is the first RV we have had, all of which had laminate floors and slide outs, that the slide out put dents in the floor. Seems to us it is more of a maladjusted slide out more than anything. On ward and upward.
