What do you DP owners or big Class A gassers use for leveling blocks? I carry 8 pieces of 2x12, in case I have to raise all four rear tires too get level. They are very heavy. Are there any plastic blocks strong enough to stand up to the weight on a hevier rig?

I carry four of these stored in my battery bay. Love them but rarely need them after getting RV snappads.

I have the snap pads, but sometimes I need to get some height and don't lift the rear tires off the ground. In cases where the front tires are off the ground, I like to put blocks or boards under them so as to not have them dangling in the air. I like some weight on all tires.

I have 4 custom made blocks. They are each 14"x14" and consist of 2x4's sandwiched between two pieces of plywood. I added a rope to allow me to more easily pull them out from under the coach. I typically only use them when the ground is a bit soft.

I started with varying lengths of 2x12 with beveled ends to "ramp up". They were bulky and very heavy. The final straw was setting up in the rain with the boards slick and the inner layer offset out when the tires started going up. A friend with a medium sized DP was using these: Lynx Levelers 10 Pack | RV Leveling Blocks | RV Leveling System. I bought 4 sets so I have enough for all 4 back tires (Canyon Star). I have not had a problem with them. A little pricy but much lighter, less bulky, and they interlock.

osuallen: Thanks. I wasn't sure if these would last under this kind of weight. I need a way to lighten the load. That looks like the answer.
