I had another episode, I think it was the lettuce I recently got from Walmart (head of lettuce). I have thrown quite a bit away from my frig. I'm sticking to poptarts!

Again, I think that the vast majority of our problems come from food and poor hygiene. You can open a bottle of water without washing your hands and have a serious illness. Tap water is but a tiny part of the equation.

Wash your hands Neal before you indulge in your Poptarts!
