I have a tiny group 27 80ah lead acid battery. It's not cutting it.
I got a 220 watt solar panel and mppt and it can get me by on the good days but not on the hot nights where we want fans running.
And then the damn panel beeps all night to charge the battery. I'm over it. Time to go bigger.

I have tiny battery compartment. I'm thinking my best bet is the largest single that will fit.

The 314 ah watt cycle mini seems to be the best bet.
But it's close. 15.12. I have 15. Will it fit? That release bar has some give ..

How important is the battery box? This is outside in the under carriage.

That’s a tough call, but it sounds like it’s worth a shot since your old battery isn’t cutting it. Is there any space around that you could use? Remember lithiums do not need to be vented, so there is some flexibilty on where it goes.

Yea, I thought about relocating it, and took a look at the wires and quickly said f that. Lol. There's a lot going on in hard to reach places under the frame for the slide and the hydro pump is right there. Plus the bench slides so it would need to be well planned to have length and not kink or get caught...

Id love to get 1000 ah in here and a roof full of panels someday but that's a problem for another year.

The only logical place is under the dinette which is right above this but my son sleeps there and well, I know they are safe but it still gives me a bit of piece of mind if it's not directly under his head.

So for now, this is the biggest output I can find that hopefully fits.
