Looking at a 2007 Winnebago Access 24v on a Chevy chassis tomorrow. Seller is asking $22,500. I've got my trusty moisture meter and other testing goodies with me.

Any comments, advice, etc.is welcome. My major focus will be on moisture especially in the cabover and rear wall, age of tires and batteries, overall condition of paint and decals, and extent of service records maintained.

This is the one with storage in the cabover and sofa/tables in lieu of dinette.

Cancel this one. It was a bit rougher than others I looked at. And due to the design of the front cabover, I couldn't access it for essential moisture readings
