Low Water Pressure, City side

I have a 2023 Vienna that only has a trickle of water anytime the 'city water' is selected. We have always had to put water in the fresh water tank and turn the water pump on to get sufficient pressure. I recently changed the Anderson (Watts) valve but, the issue was not resolved. Any suggestions?

Did you measure the water pressure at the park tap to compare?
