Main Power Switch

We have a 2021 Jayco Greyhawk Prestige 29MVP. The main battery power switch remains on, illuminated red and power will not switch off.

We disconnected the battery under the step to avoid draining the battery.

Any advice on how to fix? Or is this something to bring in to get fixed. RV is still under warranty.

I'd bring it in. Don't give them an excuse to void your warranty.

We called today to schedule a diagnosis for the main power toggle switch. We thought it’s best to bring it in rather than us fidgeting with it.
