Question Managing Mail when on the road

St brendans isle in green cove springs florida, been using them since 2012. I have my account in storage mode for about 7 years now (requires $50 deposit for storage mode) and I received an email notification about a certified letter mailed to my box. I called and the lady promptly opened it for me and read what it Said. I thanked her (it was a property tax notice that I knew about), there was no charge. I had a small heart attack, I thought it was a state tax audit or something, SBI has excellent customer service, I highly recommend them. A lot of sailors use them. Luckily I have a 4 digit box number now they’re in the 5 digits. I can’t say enough about the customer service. It’s excellent. I hope they keep running the place like they are, not many businesses like that anymore.

Also as a bonus they shred all the spam bulk mail. That’s the best part.
