For those that need this size tire just wanted to give a price update. I purchased with FMCA discount from Meekhof Tire for $1126, tires only no installation. Meekhof has several stores in the Michigan area and dealt with Grand Rapids as recommended by Spartan. Installation is being done by Spartan with the install of the run flats next month.

One thing I did learn is credit card needs to be registered with Michelin for shop to process thru FMCA discount.

That's within a few dollars of the FMCA price that I paid in January to have my steer tires replaced. I paid an additional $188 to the tire shop for removal and installation as well as bead balancing.
