Microwave/convection oven recommendations

I haven’t had much luck with the Furrion over the range micro/conv oven. My second one just quit. Bought my rig new in April of 2023, microwave number 2 was provided as a warranty replacement.
I am 50/50 on the need for a convection feature.
Anyone have suggestions as to what might be more durable?

Update on microwave issue.
The original Furrion microwave/convection oven (over the range) and the current one had the same problem.
The oven was powered and lights up, however when you attempt to run the microwave…like heating a cup of coffee, it would click, not turn the turntable, however it would count down like it was working.
Did some Google searches and found some YouTube videos on microwaves not working.
What I found out is there are three door switches each having different functions. I had to take it down so I could could remove the control panel.
I tested the three switches, all of which worked. However with the door engaged and control panel off, I could see that the prong on the door was not connecting with the switch. I took a heat Gun to the prong, and bent it slightly, now it engages the switch and everything works.
My previous one that was replaced under warranty, likely same problem.
