Hello all,

We have a fifth wheel toy hauler with the Morryde Zero Gravity back ramp system where two cables attach to the ramp to help pull it closed.

One of our cables snapped. It looks like the cable is attached to a giant spring inside the frame of the back door. I have only a could different access points to get to the spring, and a big bolt at the top that looks like it would release the spring.

Has anyone replaced one of these before?

Thanks for any ideas

Sorry, mine has the simply tension springs at the bottom of the ramp. My cables are simply support. Have you searched their website?
