I got an email yesterday saying that a tech will be looking at it today. I'm frustrated, but I'm not going to get angry until I see the outcome of this whole affair. lt's way to long to cover in a post.
 
My coach was at Atlanta to have the full wall slide reinforced and 15 broken tiles replaced. Service department did a horrible job replacement tiles were not the correct size grout line 1/2 inch wide in places and some are not the correct color. At this point there are no tiles to be found per Newmar, NIRVC the distributor and the tile manufacturer. A year later drove the coach 2,000 miles and tiles started cracking again. Took the coach to NIRVC Tennessee were they repaired the full wall slide again and fixed some of the tiles that were sticking up (in their words that stub your toes). When this all started we were told if no replacement tiles were found Newmar would retile the coach like they have done for others with this problem. Not the case I was informed by Angie Morell that Brett
Davis would sell my coach at a consignment discount but no mention of making repairs.
This is the condensed version on what has taken place. I have photos to backup what I have written in this post. Players involved: Tony Morris, Dan Phillip, Mike Griggs, Bill Reith, Bobby Dowdle, Frank Hattrem, Eddie Braley, Mark Moniuszko, Angie Morell and others. Hope this answers your questions.
What have you done to resolve the problem? Have you talked to the owner? Do you have his phone number? email?
 
Well, yes, coincidently it is. He seems like a nice enough fellow.
He is a nice gentleman but does not return calls or communicate.If you call today you will get Nick, he follows up.
 
Did you know if you log in on their web site You can create an acount. When you log into this account you can see the statis/location of you coach. You can see any work orderss and their statis. You can see if the teck has posted any coments about the Active Repair Orders.

Email was sent to Brett Davis, no response.We asked Bill Reith, next in charge to let Brett Davis know of our problem. Bill wanted to handle it by letting us find matching tiles,for replacement. We reached out to Angie Morell knowing her close contact to Brett Davis he would get the message and you know the rest.

Well that is certinley a good way to not get a resalutiom. Why don't you call and find out? I dosen't look like you have anything to loose.

Bill I understand what you're saying, but this came down from Brett to us directly from Angie Morell. Nirvc will take our coach on a reduced consignment to sell, no help there. The latest was a small monetary amount offered, that wouldn't come close to correcting the issue.
 
Wow - this thread went way off topic.

Started with @Jim seeing a large gathering of RVs while traversing the country and now deep into discussion regarding customer service at NIRVC.

Do we need a rally to share customer service stories?
