In early September I had a tire issue that I needed resolved quickly because I was leaving the next day to meet up with the NKK Colorado State Rally in Creede, CO and then I was off to San Diego, CA. The TransWest crew, sales, house and chassis service departments, from Frederick, CO were in attendance as a co-sponsor of the event. I mentioned to my salesperson Katie how I really appreciated the chassis side doing me a solid dealing with my tire issue and getting me rolling on schedule. However, I was disappointed that between the chassis side and the tire shop my cockpit carpet had some serious grease spots. First time I have ever had an issue like this while in for service. Katie said I will take care of this and requested pictures be sent to her which I did. I asked, will you reimburse me for a carpet cleaning once I get to my Winter home in AZ? Katie said no, send me your address in Casa Grande and I will send you a new cockpit carpet.
