Need advice on installing lower seal on a 2004 Bounder 39z Slide out

We have a 2004 Bounder 39z Motorhome. The Slide out seal under the Slide is hanging down like a U shape. I have ordered a replacement from Steele Rubber Seals. I am thinking about installing it myself. I couldn’t find a YouTube on how to install a lower seal on our make/model or any comparable years. Does anyone have any suggestions?
