Just want to let everyone know we replaced the toilet with a brand new Dometic and that seems to have really helped. Also did a rinse of both tanks with a bit of dish washing detergent and lots of water. But I think it was our old toilet that mas mostly the culprit. The drain tube on the old toilet was not a smooth, all enclosed drop and things would get stuck and we'd have to poke it down into the holding tank- no bueno. New toilet flushes super clean every time.

Appreciate all the advice- learned a lot!
