Yea…I figure I would keep the cover at least….
 
@Richpatty , unless things have changed the new A/C units come standard with white covers, black is an upcharge.
 
Yea…could be… but I did ask for black as white would not match the others….
 
My ac went out on our trip back from Alaska. Had it replaced in Tacoma Wa at Camping World. A few days later we noticed that if the new ac was running we had a vibration noise in the back of the RV. When we got back home I went Camping World here and they looked at it and said the fans were out of out of balance and wobbling. They did a warranty request with Domedic. They ask for additional info on the torque of the mounting bolts and to check the fan blades for rubbing.
Instead of driving all the way back I did the check myself videoing the inspection and sent it to them. Domestic denied the claim saying the bolts were over torqued when clearly they were not. Showing I could nearly remove them with my fingers. I also showed how warped the fan blades were in the video.
Well I guess buying extended warranty is a waste of time
Luckily the Tacoma Camping World is covering the cost for repair.
