I was reading the WSJ news this am and an article appeared about the newest cooking fad besides the ninja grill. It is called discada cooking and the idea is you use plow disk as the cooking surface with a heat source underneath. The article also called it cowboy cooking. Further research unveiled a company that specializes (pay attention @Neal) in these cooking devices. Already I am looking at my first bay and wondering how to fit it in.

DISCADA | Plow Disc Cooking | Plow Disk Cooker | Disco | Outdoor Wok | Disc Grill

And just yesterday I was talking to my neighbor about woks!

Somebody stole my idea. At the ranch, I had an old disk that I welded the hole closed, welded three short legs on, and used on my fish fryer burner.

Thank goodness. For a minute I thought I was going to have to tow a cow!

My Son makes them for Christmas and charity auctions. New plow disc with the hole sewed up. The handles and the stand he makes out of horseshoes.

Newest....... Really

My grandfather had one when I was little kid...

I qualify for Social Security now.
