My mother has been living out of her truck for about a year. I just bought her a 21' 2005 Keystone Tailgator for her to live in full time. I bring it home this weekend and trying to be a good daughter, I want to fully stock it for her before dropping it off where where she will be staying in it. I will be paying for the black tank to be emptied as needed (side question, how long does a 50gal black tank take to fill with a single person?) Side question number 2: Should I should fill both gas tanks (fuel will be solely for running the generator)? I fear the 2nd tank may go bad before she has a chance to use it.

What are some of your must haves? Do you prefer full sized items (like a broom with dust pan) or a more compact version if available?

So far what I have:

300w solar battery charger with controller
Tire Chocks
Fire Extinguisher
Black Tank treatment
Shelf Liners
Couch/Chair Covers
Bath Mat
Knife set/cutting board
Cutlery set
Set of Dishes/cups
Pots/Pans
Coffee Maker/filters/coffee
Trash Cans/liners
Paper Towels/TP
Towels (Dish/Shower)
Hand soap
Cleaning supplies/swiffer wet/dry
Shower Supplies
Rugs
Stock Fridge and Pantry
Fill propane, fresh water and gas tanks
TV Tray/small table? (There is no table inside)
Storage containers/ziplock bags
Doormat

What am I missing?

Haha absolutely. I'll be keeping her gas and propane tanks full as well as sending a septic company out as needed to empty her black tank. Might need to invest in some new house batteries and additional solar panels, but we will first learn what her power demands are.

The trailer has a 2nd gas tank that holds 30 gallons, I'm just hesitant to fill it ad nearly $5 a gallon here in Ca, in case she doesn't go through it fast enough.
