So, I just "inherited" a new...old motorhome. A 1999 Fleetwood 36B. Interior is immaculate. Wish I could say the same about the rest of it. Doesn't leak, doesn't start, and boy, I've got some work ahead of me on this. So, let the adventure begin! Fortunately, I live in (mostly) sunny Arizona, even though todays winds and chill would have been more appropriate for North Dakota.

Yeah, it is. I already know there is no gas getting to engine (suspect rodent problem on top of fuel tank), the hydraulic jacks are not working (but something is making a noise) and there might be a security system because the horn won't stop beeping (beep, beep...beep, beep...) just for starters!

Fixing all these problems will give you an intimate knowledge of your RV that few get without years of RVing. I am planning to get a fixer-upper at some point in the future. If things go as planned.

Do as I do! Don't look at it as a project. Rather look at it as many little projects.

It is easier to keep your spirits up when you look at what you accomplished today, rather than to look at a major project competition date, and wonder if you will have the steam to get there.

Welcome aboard!
