I've just joined as I've been asked by my mom to advertise, for sale, her Roadtek 190. I'm more of a car guy and not an RV guy. I'm slowly getting the details together. I believe this to be an early-2000's, under 100k miles or so, always professionally maintained. Documented maintenance history since new. New battery, tires, brakes and GenSet fuel pump in the last year or so. I don't even know where to start on trying to determine a value on these on-off home-builds, so any help is appreciated. I look forward to the discussion.

Welcome aboard and to sell I would look to the specific board for that manufacturer as that will get best results for any details and then list it in the specific for sale board.
