New Owner

Purchased new Retro 193 just brought home, dealer 3.5 hours away. Wife did her first walk through and felt soft spot between toilet and vanity…looked underneath did not see anything alarming. Do I have a possible issue.

Tried contacting RS before purchasing with a couple questions never got any call backs. Is that typical with RS?

Most likely not the number of studs that you expect.

I will not comment on if it is typical to not get a call back before purchase. Just because it would be negative.
