Hello from Colorado, just bought a 2022 Invicta 33hb. I do have a question, anyone know if the wet bay is heated?

It is heated if there is a vent in it leading to the heater. It not, no.

Do you think it's built well for winter? Than others

Even if it has a heat vent, I would run a small heater or have a incandescent light bulb on in the compartment, depending how cold it is. Many times the water filter is in there and I have replaced more then a few of them.

Unless it is a custom build, no camper from the production companies is well built for winter.
