We finally closed on the new house in St. Augustine. Been so busy getting furniture, etc, haven't been on here for a while. Hopefully, the movers will bring everything else from Virginia, & we can start getting settled. Then start planning an "RV Trip"!
This is a "drone pic" which my brother-in-law took of it!

Looks like you barely squeezed that house between the setbacks ;-) Looks good.

Not a lot of extra real estate, for sure!
Plus side, less grass to cut! Much better than 7 acres!?

I am seriously looking for one of those, but not in Fla.

@Jabber Jaw ... is this located in an RV community?

It is a small subdivision of about 74 homes. There are about 12 of these RV Port homes in the community, & 2 under construction! It's quiet, & nice, folks seem friendly; but haven't gotten completely moved in yet. Still living in the coach at Ocean Grove RV Resort, about 10 miles away.
Had the garage floors all coated in the "polyu" product used in airport hangers, & it has to cure for 48 hours. So, actually moving the RV there on Tuesday.
Stay 2 nights, then head back to Virginia to meet movers on Saturday to pick up "stuff" from storage. Back on Monday to unload, & then finally get unpacked and settled "in"!
And maybe get to meet some neighbors, & see what types of RV's are here!:)
Been fun and a challenge, at the same time!

Search www.richmondamerican.com They are building across the country. They have several "RV Port" home floorplans. Arizona maybe, & other areas. You may find something you like, maybe not. Check it out!
Good Luck!
