Update: @Neal, you can mark this one resolved. Received the new router and no change on the issue. Good communication with Starlink. They asked if the unit was beyond the retail return period, and it was. They said they would ship a new kit. Given my time crunch, I asked if I could buy one locally that same day and get reimbursed. They agreed. Brought the new kit home and temporarily set up in the backyard (where there are a few obstructions). It went through the setup smoothly with some downloads (no rejecting them this time) and reboots. It was up and running in about 20 minutes. Got it installed on the coach today. I flat mounted the dish on the aluminum channel framework for my solar. Still need to tie it to my pep wave, but hopefully that is a fairly straightforward task. Thanks for everyone's input.
