...though if I am being completely honest, we were quite limited by our previous rig.

Hi everyone! My name is Kristy and I live near beautiful Lake Tahoe (on the Nevada side). My husband and I purchased a CUTE little Jayco 145rb a couple of years ago, and never really took it out for more than a weekend trip. It was ultimately too small for even just the two of us.

Long story short, I did some research and fell in LOVE with the 2020 Coachmen Freedom Express Ultra Lite 192RBS. Went and saw our guy last Saturday, and couldn't leave without signing the papers on it! We got it for a steal!

We are planning some serious trips this year, and couldn't have made them happen (comfortably) in the little Jayco. The Coachmen has a residential queen bed in it, which is definitely adequate, and it's a walk around bed so I don't have to climb over my poor husband in the middle of the night LOL!

Looking forward to sharing adventures and reading everyone else's here. :) 83015285_3267860826564456_2890302893292781568_o.jpg83285054_3267860773231128_4532836135474298880_o.jpg82897148_10218176951914921_8820787018280730624_o.jpg83122266_10218176953314956_8578107982938636288_o.jpg83125803_10218176952274930_1264522871128981504_o.jpg84008851_10218176952754942_3838375374371160064_o.jpg

Thanks so much! I'm really glad I found the forum! I was searching for more videos of my new rig (I'm going NUTS waiting for Saturday to pick her up!), and an ad for the forum was on the page. This place seems awesome, and everyone has been really nice so far!

Welcome & congrats on your new rig!

Thank you so much! I am absolutely beside myself waiting to go pick it up! LOL!

Take your time at pick up and learn as much as you can...every rig is different.

We are prepared for a loooooong orientation. :) The dealership we buy from is very thorough and always makes sure we leave comfortable with using the new rig.

Love the freedom express, and looking to purchase one too, just curious if you've found the light filtering shade over the windshield makes the bedroom dark enough? All the other shades seem to be full blackout, but the windshield shade still lets light permeate to some degree, have you had any issues or created any workarounds?
