As far as I can tell mine does not have this, it’s a 2005 Winnebago Itasca Sunova, there was a in-line standard water filter connected to the city water attachment and water pressure device
I'm pretty sure you have one, you may just not be looking in the right place. But let me ask, have you tried removing the water filter from the city water. Bypass it off and see if things get any better.

Yes I connected straight to the RV, great pressure everywhere except for the kitchen sink. Someone mentioned that may have air in the waterline but it seems like it would affect everywhere and not just one sink. I did remove the filter from the water pump it was nasty and cleaned it so in a few days when our freezing temperatures and I’ll put water back in it and test. Here’s a picture before and after of the filter that was on the water pump.

To be honest, I don't see it being pump related or it would be affecting all the faucets in the coach, not just the kitchen. For what it's worth, my Phaeton was the same way and we never got good water pressure at the sink.

I was about to change the faucet but ended up selling the coach so I never got to the bottom of the problem. But if you've changed the filters in the faucet, and everything else, then I'm afraid I'm out of ideas.

Maybe someone else can chime in?

Thank you, I will update post when I connect water after our freezing temps this weekend
