For those in the pipeline or desire to be for 2023 Newmar Motorhomes feel free to use this thread to discuss the ordering process, any details on specials, and share delivery info such as factory pictures, FPU's, deliveries by dealers, etc.

Congrats and welcome to the forum.

We were going to order a 2023 Dutch Star but the base price has increased so much over the past year that it has gone beyond our budget. Oh well, maybe a gently used coach might be a more affordable option.

It would not cost you anything to fill out an order form, complete with upgrades, and options, and send it to three reputable dealers, asking for their best price. One never knows😊 Judy D

I was in the same boat as you. The 2023 Dutch Stars have now reached MA levels...unreal. At this trend, Newmar will price themselves out of the competition. They have a good product and all, but their pricing is becoming unrealistic for what you get. We too settled for a slightly used 2019 DS that was closer to our budget and very happy with it.

The base price for a 2023 DS 4081 floor plan is now $580,536. I know that’s MSRP but the dealers will only discount so much. Also, all options have increased significantly as well.

Crazy it has increased so much. Base MSRP for our 2018 DS was 380,727. Guess we won't be in the market to upgrade any time soon.

Hello everyone. I am new here and am happy to announce I just placed an order for a new 2023 Newmar London Aire 4551 with NIRVC in GA.

I've been in and around the industry for over 15 years and currently have a 2022 Allegro Bus 40IP. This was our third Tiffin but we'll be moving to our first Newmar once this coach arrives around December or so.

I wanted to ask everyone that's familiar with Newmar orders what the process may look like from here on in. I'm very familiar with Tiffin but this is new to me. Today I received my "Production Order Report" to sign and send back to Newmar. On this was an order number as well as a production number. The salesperson told me they'd release to production once I signed and sent back.

What are the next steps Newmar will take and what steps do the coaches pass through as they are completed? I know with Tiffin once I got a production number then a chassis VIN had been issued etc. Since our order is so far out I'm expecting that not to be the case here.

Anyways, really looking forward to getting to know a new group of owners and a new product. We spent weeks adjusting the order so this coach is really going to be ours and nothing you can find in a dealers lot. Newmar was so accommodating on the specials and we feel like we ended up with a mini Essex/King Aire for much, much less.

Here were all of the specials:
- Special Paint Colors
- Omit cabinets above DS recliners and dinette and enlarge ventless windows. Move window trim up to expose as much of the window as possible (Like 4551 Essex)
- Install power incline bed
- King Aire tile in KG pattern
- 2 Power/USB outlets on table between recliners forward and rear
- '23 Essex shower tile and rear bathroom backsplash
- Wireless chargers in solid surface bedside nightstands
- Delete headboard and install a non vented 48x24 window behind head of bed. Enlarge bed side windows to 24" high, non vented.
- Vent microwave to exterior
- Run conduit from roof to driver cabinet and install additional outlet

Now the hard part, waiting....
