I'm all for labor rates but if we have to go back to a factory or dealer for them to resolve their poor work then we should be compensated at the same rate including fuel, campground expenses, mileage.

Neal has a point. Our time is not surplus nor free. We go to the NSC for one and done work. Not endless returns and conflicts. Very few if any service calls at RV specific facilities other than NSC has been problem free. almost all have required a follow up visit to correct errors.

For that matter any and all chassis work is done through a truck service center, never a dealer nor NSC. Have always had better luck doing it this way.
