Also, the prices....
Gives you a large budget to upgrade what you already have. Learn to love what you have, no need for something new (self). They all get you there (usually).

Amen to that! We love our present coach. It will need a little paint done as the clear is starting to peel on the upper extremities. Getting a new coach just means starting mods all over again. Not really wanting to do that.

If I was shopping for a "new" coach I'd strongly consider pre-owned. I've seen over the recent years practically new (if not new) coaches listed allowing them to eat the depreciation and get a great deal on a coach and probably have room to bring the price down further as the market is saturated with no signs soon of that changing. I just can't see paying the new prices without a lottery win. Again, buying pre-owned just opens your budget for repairs, mods, etc. and with the ease of Newmar's service system, anything can be done.

My FPU experience in 2017 was amazing. I certainly would love to experience that if I could stomach buying new, but having a coach that has been through the shakedown is a plus too. I had my times of many things just falling off from crown molding to MCD shades, etc. Still could happen, but several trips to Newmar were required post new.

Agreed.
