Also, the prices....
Gives you a large budget to upgrade what you already have. Learn to love what you have, no need for something new (self). They all get you there (usually).

Amen to that! We love our present coach. It will need a little paint done as the clear is starting to peel on the upper extremities. Getting a new coach just means starting mods all over again. Not really wanting to do that.

If I was shopping for a "new" coach I'd strongly consider pre-owned. I've seen over the recent years practically new (if not new) coaches listed allowing them to eat the depreciation and get a great deal on a coach and probably have room to bring the price down further as the market is saturated with no signs soon of that changing. I just can't see paying the new prices without a lottery win. Again, buying pre-owned just opens your budget for repairs, mods, etc. and with the ease of Newmar's service system, anything can be done.

My FPU experience in 2017 was amazing. I certainly would love to experience that if I could stomach buying new, but having a coach that has been through the shakedown is a plus too. I had my times of many things just falling off from crown molding to MCD shades, etc. Still could happen, but several trips to Newmar were required post new.

Agreed.

Today, RV Super Show in Tampa, FL. Two FA's on display, one sold. Checked out long time, but was very cold/windy so did not check out storage outside, etc. Had Ventana before, was good, sold because of length of park reservations window 2021/2. Things better now, so are looking at this unit. Product Manager at show, all 2026 production has been allocated, and unless dealer can get changes, you take what they got coming. I am concerned about the quality of the build. Anyone have one, and can report? I like the Leisure Travel Murphy bed Lounge better, BH likes this one, kitchen bigger, not IMHO laid out quite as well as LMBL to me, TV over kitchen in FA, so always going to have to turn head to see it, assume is swivels, did not check. Want the theater seats, but that means the king bed MB, for us the queen bed would be big enough, do not think you can change that. Going to check with NIRVC in GA to see what they know when home. FWIW-CCC is 825 with full fuel, water and propane. Last I knew Newmar weighs each coach prior to shipment. FWIW-2: LTV ships their units on truck so they do not get a bunch of miles in transit, at least that is what dealer here says they do, cannot speak to all, would be lowboy trailer if that is case.
