I have a Roadtrek Zion 2020. Was de-winterizing it today, and discovered my battery disconnect switch and lithium batteries were not working. I heard the double click when I pressed the battery disconnect button, briefly saw the wattage light indicating the voltage available, , and the blue battery lights came on . Within seconds the wattage indicator turned off and I couldn't turn anything on in the van----no fridge, no water pressure, no lights, etc.

I'm not sure what the problem is----would appreciate any thoughts. Do I need new batteries, a new bd switch, something els?

Thanks,
Carol

Most likely your lithium have gone into sleep mode.

Try putting a 12v power source direct to the battery and it should wake it up.

A battery charger, jumper cables, 12v dc power supply. Any of these options will work. It usually only needs a few seconds to wake up.

Thanks for your advice. It turned out to be easier than I thought. I hadn't run the van long enough to charge the lithium batteries. After an hour drive on the highway, all is well. I appreciate your help.

That drive did the same thing. The input of 12V from the alternator (via the BIM or DC-DC charger) did the wakeup.
