I had a TT. We bought a Forest River Georgetown. I love camping in it but….
Driving no one I asked ever told us how noisy they are. They just say we love them.
Am I the only one who can not stand the drive?
Windows are great to see out but let’s way too much sun in in Florida. Our dog is stressed too much noise. Anyone else?

Most gassers A or C are noisy. You can line the floors and doghouse with sound deadening material, which is said to reduce the noise.

It’s a school bus chassis.
I’ve heard of some people insulating the engine cover (doghouse).
I live in Florida, I run the generator to run the roof aircons, I have a fan mounted on the overhead to blow air on me as I drive (if needed), and have been known to run the engine air on on a few occasions.
It gets a little warm sometimes, it handles like a school bus (exactly like a school bus), and it is noisy. I sure do enjoy it once I arrive at my destination, though…

When we went looking for our first Class A we drove a Bounder Gas Coach and then a Discovery Diesel coach and couldn't believe the difference in noise level and stability in winds and when trucks passed. I didn't like the price difference but we knew we would not be happy with a gas coach after riding in a diesel coach with the engine in the back.
We own a Winnebago Aspect 29-foot Class C that our son and grandkids use and I hate the noise level and driveability of it but the kids only put gas in it and are happy to have it.

My class A is noisy, but not as much as my older one. The sun can be a bit daunting with the front windshield, but I fixed that today with ceramic window tint. Much nicer. I actually ran the truck ac by itself in 97deg heat. This winter I’m going to tackle some of the engine noise since I already have sound deadening material. I know I’ll not get all the noise out. Your in a big box with no aero dynamics. :)
