Woke up this morning and started the coffee, walked over to start the water heater and nothing. I tried AC1, AC2 and the Burner nothing. I checked the breakers and they were good.

Once the sun comes up I'll go out and check. Any suggestions?

Go outside and look at the unit - check all the indicator LEDs there and you can also cycle the on off on the unit to see what happens. Next step is to check the fuses in the Oasis fuse panel. Also check the level of your fluid reservoir- mine would show a red zone fault light and shut down if it got low. Only happened once but took me a while to figure out the issue. Probably not the problem with yours but worth checking.

@DKRITTER I've attached the ITR troubleshooting guide, hope it helps. Alternate, call ITR, when I've spoke with them they have been very helpful.

Well this was simple. The unit had been turned off.

That’s always nice. It’s also why I always check the simple things first. Did it go off by itself?
