In the past I've been a fan of the furnace (electric) but in recent months I used heat pump and enjoyed it. My rear unit can make some pretty annoying noises at times but not all the time, hard to sleep through that. Try each and see what you like. As stated above HP is only affective in the 40's and higher temps. For the electric/furnace option there should be a fan speed switch on the dash, mine is below the dash radio, that is an important switch when it's really cold, make sure it's on high.I am curious when you would use Oasis electric (AC1 & ACII) versus heat pump to heat the RV? Do you have a preference for one over the other?
