I saw on another forum where International Thermal Research (ITR), the company that manufactures the Oasis hydronic heating systems installed by Newmar, was experiencing some issues with the short fuel lines going into the unit. Evidently a supplier they’ve used for years to provide fuel lines recently sent some semi-defective hoses that may be prone to weeping diesel fuel. A “tell tell" sign are pinholes in the hose. I took some pictures of mine (attached) and sent them to ITR and after they reviewed the pictures, they determined I did have the defective ones and are sending me a replacement hose kit.

They said that ..."when you receive you can install it yourself or on your next service appointment, have the service department call us so we can authorize the change out. If you install it yourself, I'll need pictures of the install to make sure it's done properly."

I plan to change them myself as the attached instructions seem easy enough. Just passing this on as a FYI.

What year is your coach?

Just a follow-up ... I did receive the replacement hose kit and changed them out myself. Was very straight forward and uneventful. Their instructions were very good and had great pictures.

Here is the person that helped me out.
