Odd electrical problem

Right rear light comes on by itself. Shore and battery power both disconnected. I can remove the bulb, let it rest for a bit, replace it, and after a few hours it comes on by itself. Anyone have any input? I'm thinking a problem with the green wire but where is power coming from to turn it on?

You mean right tail light? If so, check for corrosion around the plug, either outside or where the wires hook up to it.
