We have been on the road for a little over a week and while wife is grocery shopping in Nanaimo I figured I would put up a few pics.

So first stop was Osoyoos and a couple days of touring wineries and various other things. Highly recommend silver silver sage and Bartelier brothers.

Then onto Hedley for a campsite on the Similkamean river. Also toured an old grist mill in the area.

Then onto Manning park with a DC fast charger stop in Princeton while we got coffee and muffins. Glad to see FLO is making many of these parallel park available for those of us with trailers. There was a 100 kw and a 50 kw machine. We chose the slower one to allow for a little longer break and a chihuahua walk.

On to manning provincial park for 3 days of hiking. Amazing area. We hiked about 8 to 10 kilometres per day.

On to the ferry crossing in Twsassenn with a quick lunch stop while we sucked up 14 bucks worth of electrons at the supercharger in Langley. Made it into the campground in Nanaimo around 9. Ferry crossing was smooth.

Here is a few pics in chronological order. We were on mostly powered sites so charged the car on site when needed. Enjoy.

Nice pics! No smoke visible and nice weather. Good for you. We are in the Kootenay valley right now and finding the same conditions but discovering provincial parks fully booked even during the week now! Yikes!! No more random traveling anymore!

Heads up. Talking to the staff at Manning park, essentially other than long weekends one can just show up and you’ll always get a site. There are three campgrounds here, 1 serviced and 2 unserviced. The unserviced opens up on the 15 th of June. They are more treed but all are nice. Fantastic provincial park.
