Just a few thoughts after spending over a week living in it and taking delivery earlier this month:
1. A bit disappointed with lack of walkthrough and orientation. Process felt like 3/4 paperwork and access to showroom model and 1/4 hooking my trailer up and leaving with it...
2. Customer support a bit slow, even given holidays, I currently have several tickets open with no response
3. Trim piece was off after arrival at first site - they recommended sending me glue
4. Microwave glass damaged and interior of unit damaged- they didnt recommend storing glass tray like they should have before travelling - recommended sending new glass but we are requesting a new, undamaged unit with no scratches.....still awaiting response.
5. Trying to figure out why there is a small energy drain even when unit is asleep and "off" , about .25 kwh. Solar has to overcome that to produce net charge on battery. Around noon on a sunny day in Socal solar registering only 50% or .5kwh.....this means a net gain of .25....very slow to recharge 9n solar given these stats
6. Love regen feature, wish it had a more stronger level so that you don't have to engine brake on long downhill stretches....this would enable you to recapture more energy
7. Tow assist and 60 mph gives me about 17mpg on a 2025 f150...not too shabby
8. Big lesson for a newbie - trailers require flat sites, tried to unhitch on a small hill with truck and trailer facing both directions and was not successful either way....trailer hitch would not unlock in one direction and could raise high enough in the other
9. Love the space - enough to work out in. Wish table could flip up when bed is up to give you even more space...by removing 2 of the bolts on either side you can flip the table up and secure it for those workouts where more space is needed
10. Love the large fridge with separate freezer
11. Shower curtain comes off hooks too easily, I find myself having to rehang it every now and then
12. Toilet uses too much water to flush, requires you to pre fill with water in order for it all to go down, the bad thing is the water seeps down slowly and doesnt hold in the tank so after doing your business you have to refill. Huge waste of water and black tank. I wish Dry toilet was an option.
13. Storage is lacking. Would have loved the option to have window black out shades with a storage pocket top layer like my brothers custom sprinter van has. That way clothes and other items can hang from the windows, leaving cabinets and shelves free. The secondary layer is a black out shade that you can hand roll up. Super practical. The whole thing can also be removed if desired.
14. Table has a strong center support but sides do not rest on bench so when in bed mode it can easily wear out the screws attachment point as weight is shifted on the edges of the table.
15. One of my curved doors is not aligned and cant be adjusted on hinges - waiting on resolution for this. As a result doesn't lock and latch properly

Overall, we are loving the floorplan and I will post more as I have time, feel free to post questions or favorite upgrades to fix my "problems"

Thanks for the report. Which engine do you have in the 2025 F-150?
