Thinking of building an RV park on our land. What is it you want to see in a park?

Large lots. Power at back end with water and sewer on side. Me anyway.

I retired in 2018 and we bought a motorhome then hit the road for about two years. We had to move back home to take care of elderly parents and have missed the RV lifestyle.

All that sounds great. We have options here that’s for sure. I hear people talk about traveling with small groups and wondered about stepping away from the traditional park and having a cluster of spaces, maybe facing each other in a circle with a common gathering area in the middle. We just don’t have much in this area (Central Texas) to draw people who are vacationing.
