Large lots. Power at back end with water and sewer on side. Me anyway.

All that sounds great. We have options here that’s for sure. I hear people talk about traveling with small groups and wondered about stepping away from the traditional park and having a cluster of spaces, maybe facing each other in a circle with a common gathering area in the middle. We just don’t have much in this area (Central Texas) to draw people who are vacationing.

That is the biggie, has to be a reason to be in the area.

Large spots, Power and water. Make sure power poles and water are placed a distance from the pads and not too tall so as not to interfere with slides. a good dump site with water for tank flushing while emptying. Also trash cans at the dump site.
